We recommend that you should head for Oban by bus or by train where you can take the CalMac ferry across to Craignure. The ferry crossing between Lochaline and Fishnish has no connections with public transport. Once on Mull there is a bus service linking Craignure with Pennyghael. It is operated by Bowmans Coaches.
